Rooms

DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

We have guestrooms with ADA accessories. Most areas and facilities at the resort are also accessible to disabled persons.

IS MY ID/PASSPORT REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN?

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.

WILL YOUR ROOMS ALLOW ROLLAWAY BEDS, BABY COTS AND CRIBS? IS THERE A CHARGE?

Yes, there is a nightly fee for rollaway beds, though baby cots and cribs are free of charge. However, not all the rooms are large enough to take extra beds and cribs.

WHAT AGE DO KIDS STAY FOR FREE?

Kids stay free up to the age of 11 in existing bed (an additional charge applies if a rollaway bed is required).

ARE THERE HAIRDRYERS, IRONS AND IRONING BOARDS IN THE ROOMS?

All rooms have hairdryers. Irons & ironing boards are available upon request from Housekeeping.

DO THE ROOMS HAVE MICROWAVES?

A microwave is available for rental upon request, based on availability. As we have a limited supply of microwaves, please contact us before your stay for more details.

IS THE HOTEL ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING?

All our guestrooms are non-smoking (though smoking outside on the balcony is permitted), and the resort also has a dedicated area for smokers.

I BOOKED ON A WEBSITE OTHER THAN THE HOTEL WEBSITE AND NOW I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY RESERVATION. HOW DO I DO THIS?

If you made a reservation using a third-party website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.

WHAT TIME IS THE HOTEL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Crowne Plaza Resort Guam’s standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is 12:00, however it may differ depending on the accommodation package you have booked. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for more information.

CAN I BOOK A LATE CHECK-OUT?

If you wish to book a late check-out (extend your check-out time), additional charges will apply and it is subject to availability. Please make a request at the time of booking.

It is possible to confirm an early check-in prior to the day of your reservation by paying an additional fee, though it is subject to availability.

CAN YOU STORE MY LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECK-IN OR AFTER CHECK-OUT?

It is definitely possible to store your luggage with our concierge before check-in and after check-out for your convenience.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION DIRECTLY WITH THE RESORT?

Please cancel prior to your stay to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation of your reservation is subject to the resort’s cancelation policy. Please note that for group reservations the policy is subject to each group’s accommodation contract.

DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN'S MENUS?

Crowne Plaza Resort Guam’s The Terrace buffet caters to a variety of tastes, including child-friendly dishes, though does not offer a seperate menu.

DO YOU OFFER ROOM SERVICE?

Yes, we offer room service. Menu and available hours are provided in your room.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE AT THE RESTAURANTS?

The dress code at Crowne Plaza Resort Guam’s The Terrace require smart casual clothing. No wet swimwear or towels. Guests can wear relaxed casual at Infinity Bar.

DO YOU CATER TO VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS?

The Terrace has great vegetarian menu options. Should you require vegan menu items, please consult with the Executive Chef upon your arrival who will be happy to assist you.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESTAURANT RESERVATION IN ADVANCE?

Although not mandatory, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance so as not to be disappointed!

ARE POOL TOWELS PROVIDED?

Yes, pool towels are provided at the Pool Center free of charge.

DO YOU HAVE VALET OR SELF-PARKING?

Self-parking is available in our main parking lot.

DO I NEED TO RESERVE A CAR PARK IN ADVANCE?

Our resort parking does not require a reservation and is free of charge.

DO YOU HAVE AN ATM ON PROPERTY?

Yes, a Bank of Hawaii ATM is available to guests in the Crowne Plaza Resort Guam lobby area.

WHAT TYPE OF NIGHT ENTERTAINMENT IS OFFERED?

Crowne Plaza Resort Guam’s Cabana Sunset Dinner Show and Infinity Bar offer entertainment on select nights.  Please contact us for more information.

DO YOU OFFER A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT?

We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service from the airport. You can access the resort by taxi or we can assist to arrange airport transportation.

HOW MUCH IS THE SERVICE FEE AT THE RESORT?

At Crowne Plaza Resort Guam’s restaurants and bars a 10% service charge is added to the dining fee.

ARE ANY PETS ALLOWED TO STAY?

Pets are not permitted on the Crowne Plaza Resort Guam property, however service animals are accepted as required by US law.

CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, all major credit cards are accepted at Crowne Plaza Resort Guam.

The Tumon Sands Plaza and T Galleria by DFS Guam are located within a convenient 15-minute walking distance or 5-minute driving.

CAN I BOOK TOURS & EXCURSIONS FROM YOUR RESORT?

Our Concierge is more than happy to assist our guests to book a variety of tours and excursions provided by popular tour operators in Guam.

WHAT IS GUAM'S POWER VOLTAGE? WHAT ADAPTER IS REQUIRED?

In Guam the power plugs and sockets are plug Type A and Type B. The standard voltage is 110 volt and the frequency is 60 Hz.

IS THERE A CASINO IN GUAM?

Guam does not have a casino due to the local laws.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER A MONEY EXCHANGE SERVICE?

WHAT IS THE GUAM ESTA / VISA REQUIREMENT?

A passport holder of the countries participating in the Guam-Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Visa Waiver Program (Guam-CNMI VWP) does not need a visa to travel to Guam or the Northern Mariana Islands for up to 45 days for sightseeing or business purposes.

However, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) highly recommends applying for ESTA when traveling to Guam to speed up the immigration screening process. It will also shorten the waiting time after arrival at Guam International Airport.

We recommend checking the U.S.Government ESTA Online center for the latest information on Guam travel requirements.

ARE THERE TAXIS IN GUAM?

Yes, there are a few taxi services in Guam.
