What kind of work do you do?
"Global environment" "Challenging place" "Grower" I felt intuitively that at this hotel I could get what I was looking for with these three keywords necessary for getting a job .
How did you get into the company?
We mainly handle restaurant services for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, although it is my first year at the company, I have been involved in several projects. What can we do to make our customers more happy? What is needed for the team? Share ideas, plan and execute. A sense of accomplishment when a result is achieved is greatly linked to my own growth.
What made you happy doing this job?
It is a lot of "encounter". He has been in the hotel industry for 5 years. Countless "encounters" and "learnings" are important things that cannot be described in words. That means not only "meeting with customers" but also "meeting with seniors and friends". You may imagine a wide variety of guests coming to the hotel. Not only that, but also working closely with other departments on a daily basis, it is a very good stimulus!

What kind of work do you do?
At first I belonged to Bell Desk, but I was interested in the job of a marketing manager who could be active overseas in the future and made a request for transfer.
How did you get into the company?
I am in charge of digital marketing in general, such as shooting, managing SNS, and advertising using the Web.
What made you happy doing this job?
My team can basically do whatever I want to do, so I can work independently from planning to analysis and submission. In addition, even though I did not know much about Japanese culture and did not have marketing know-how, my boss and seniors can carefully teach me and I can actively participate in external seminars during business hours, You can absorb things and make progress.

What kind of work do you do?
Originally, I worked at a privately owned restaurant, but when I wanted to work at a hotel kitchen, my teacher worked at ANA Crowne Plaza, and I traced the trace of this person. I started working at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka.
How did you get into the company?
At first, I belonged to Cafe in the Park and was mainly in charge of buffet cuisine. He is currently responsible for cooking banquets and cooking for parties, banquets, course dishes, and weddings.
What made you happy doing this job?
Did you meet a variety of people? Since joining the company, even the person in charge of cooking has met many people. As with non-cooking people, I thought that if I could meet a variety of people, I would have much more to learn and grow myself. In addition to being pleased with the dishes we have provided, of course, I am really happy that I was doing this job .

What kind of work do you do?
I wanted to work as a hotel concierge abroad in the future, so I was looking for a job. IHG Group hotels are located all over the world, so I chose this company because I thought I could catch my dream.
How did you get into the company?
My job is to guide you to your room, sightseeing guide, and courier service. I can do the work I used to draw not only for Japanese customers but also for customers from overseas, so the work is very fun.
What made you happy doing this job?
I was glad that I was able to talk to someone I wouldn't normally meet, or to get a sense of accomplishment when I had a suggestion from a foreign customer who had a problem.

What kind of work do you do?
Previously, he worked at a Japanese-affiliated hotel for about 12 years as a bell front desk sales representative. At the 10th anniversary of my previous job, I was interested in how to operate a foreign-owned hotel and took on a challenge considering my future hotelier career.
How did you get into the company?
Sale of accommodation, banquets, restaurants and events for corporations. After receiving an order, the main routines are meeting, internal coordination, and attendance on the day . Not only new sales but also follow-up of existing customers and past competitors are important tasks.
What made you happy doing this job?
I can be in charge of a wide range of events, from the very important events for companies such as the general meeting of shareholders, the founding celebration party, and the announcement of new products, to the friendly events such as the welcome and farewell party in the department . Also, since it is a foreign-affiliated group hotel, there are many opportunities for those who want to make use of foreign languages!
